Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
* Wait time rate: For roundtrips with drop-off locations over 10 miles from Houston, TX 77030 that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour billed at 15-minute increments will be incurred in addition to other rates.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from Houston, TX 77030, a surcharge rate of $1.50 per mile will apply.

You can pay while booking a trip here or even set up automatic billing with one of our cost-effective weekly membership plans with both credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover).
We also may be able to bill your Medicare or private insurance company for transportation with a pre-authorization letter. If you do have Medicare or private insurance, contact us prior to booking and so we can help you out.
